Dear participants of the Exhibition

Please be informed that the venue of the Exhibition is new this year. In connection with that the scheme of placement of exhibition modules (due to external factors) for you could plan your participation in the Exhibition can not be provided.

Please register on our website http://gpntb.ru/libcom13/ and send your offers and information that could be necessary for successful participation in the Exhibition (in additional information). We’ll try to do our best to take all your requests and conduct the top-level Exhibition.

Important information for participants of the Exhibition

Dear colleagues,

May we remind you that time of Exhibition of International Conference «LIBCOM 2013» is coming. Please find the information being necessary for you participation listed below.

Standard exhibition module (2m) is fenced with panels on three sides (front - 2 panels 1m x 2.2 m, side walls one panel 1 m x 2.2 m and raised table); including table, 2 chairs, electrical power, but there are no fascia.

Extended exhibition module (4m) is fenced with panels on three sides (front - 2 panels 1m x 2.2 m, side walls one panel 1 m x 2.2 m and raised table); including 2 tables, 4 chairs, electrical power, but there are no fascia.

There are no additional equipment for the participants of the Exhibition and it can not be ordered on-site.

Timetable of exhibition mounting and demounting

Mounting

November 11 from 5pm, November 12 till 12pm

The Exhibition will open on November 12 after Plenary session is finished (approximately between 1pm and 2pm)

Demounting

November 15 from 2 pm till 6pm

Please note that the next event will start to be prepared on November 16 from 2pm, so all demounting and removal works shall be executed within the indicated period.

Moreover as the Exhibition is a part of the Conference, all those who work on stands shall be registered as participants of the Conference.
